The hotel is very well located right in the centre of Asuncion. The pool on the top floor is a very nice place to spend the day especially in a hot city as Asuncion. The breakfast place is very nice.

When arriving late at night, they said I had only reserved for one person and even when showing them Booked.net reservation for two they said they don't have it..... Insisting a bit we have been upgraded to a nicer room. They found it very weird that two guys reserve a room with a big double bed........(nothing like in Brasil) The supervising girls in the hotel with walkie talkie are very arrogant and don't give the client the impression to feel welcome! The day receptionnist is very friendly and kind so is one of the breakfast girls, always smiling in comparison to the other ones...... Very noisy rooms !! When checking out at 6 in the morning they told us we had to pay 20 percent more if we wanted to use one of our credit cards......so we were obliged a short time before our flight departure to take a cab and look for a cshmachine...very stressing!!!!!!

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the hot water and the wonderful breakfast place with its delicious options. the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the area, as it was situated in the heart of the city, close to several attractions. the top floor pool area was a great spot to relax and escape the heat of the city.
